Recorder of Deeds Office on February 27, 2001, a copy of said Deed being attached
hereto and Incorporated herein. The above-described real estate was sold pursuant
to an Agreement for the Sale of Real Estate dated January 11, 2007and Addendum
dated January 25,2007, a copy of which Is attached hereto and Incorporated herein.
Final settlement took place on March 15,2007. A copy of the Deed conveying said
real estate, along with a copy of the Settlement Statement are attached hereto and
Incorporated herein. The sale price of the real estate was $365,000.00.

BETWEEN
NORMAN D. WHYTE, by his Agent, Helen Wilding,
and HELEN WILDING, formerly known as Helen
Wilding-Rhoads, Co-Executors of the Last Will
and Testament of Brenda H. Wilding, late of
Mechanicsburg, Hampden Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, parties of the first
part,
and
PAUL E. BAUM and NORMA F. BAUM, husband and
wife, of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, parties of the second part:
WHEREAS, the said Brenda H. Wilding by her Last Will and Testa-
ment, duly proved and recorded in the Cumberland County Register
of wills Office, Pennsylvania, in Docket Book 21-06-0945, Letters
Testamentary being issued on October 26, 2006, provided, in
pertinent part, as follows:
SECOND: I devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate of whatever nature
and wherever situate, together with any insurance
policies thereon, in equal shares, to my children,
HELEN WILDING-RHOADS and ROBERT J. WILDING, provided
that should either of my children predecease me, then I
give and bequeath such deceased child's share to my
surviving child as provided herein.
THIRD: In addition to all powers granted to
them by law and by other provisions of this Will, I
give the fiduciaries acting hereunder the following
powers, applicable to all property, exercisable without
court approval and effective until actual distribution
of all property:
(A) To sell at public or private sale, or to
lease, for any period of time, any real or personal
property and to give options for sales, exchanges or
leases, for such prices and upon such terms (including
credit, with or without security) or conditions as are
deemed proper. . . .
FIFTH: I nominate and appoint my brother,
NORMAN D. WHYTE, Executor of this, my Last Will and
Testament. In the event of the death, resignation or
inability to serve for any reason whatsoever of the
said NORMAN D. WHYTE, I nominate and appoint my chil-
dren, HELEN WILDING-RHOADS and ROBERT J. WILDING, Co-
Execu tors. . . .
The said Robert J. Wilding, by virtue of
Renunciation dated October 25, 2006, which Renunciation
is duly made a part of these proceedings, renounced his
position as Co-Executor and requested that Letters be
issued to Norman D. Whyte and Helen Wilding, formerly
Helen Wilding-Rhoads.
NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first
part, by virtue of the power and authority aforesaid, in said
Will contained, and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred
Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars ($365,000.00) to them paid by the
said parties of the second part, at and before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and do
hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or tract of land with the improvements
erected thereon situate along the dividing line of Hampden
Township and East pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, as set forth on the Final Subdivision Plan of the
Highlands of Hampden Square, Phase 2, Kent Drive, as prepared by
Act-1 Engineering, dated January 18, 1989, last revised March 10,
1989 and recorded April 25, 1989 in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book
57, Page 144, more particularly bounded and described as follows,
to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly right of way line of Kent
Drive, a 60 foot public right of way, said point being located at
the dividing line of Lot No. 551 and 552 on the aforesaid Plan;
THENCE along the dividing line of Lot Nos. 551 and 552 on a
course of South 76 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance
of 120 feet to a point; thence along the dividing line of lands
now or formerly of South Central Services Corporation, Hampden
Square, and now or formerly of Chet Acker and the herein de-
scribed lot on a course of South 14 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds
East, a distance of 100 feet to a point along the dividing line
of Lot Nos. 553 and 552 on the aforesaid Plan; thence along said
dividing line on a course of North 76 degrees 00 minutes 00
seconds East, a distance of 120 feet to a point; thence along the
aforesaid Westerly right of way line of Kent Drive on a course of
North 14 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 100
feet to a point, the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 552 on the aforesaid Final Subdivision Plan.
BEING Tax Parcel No. 10-16-1056-268.
HAVING erected thereon a dwelling house being known and numbered
as 1105 Kent Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Karl L. Zimmer and Sarah J. Zimmer,
his wife, by deed dated November 16, 2001 and recorded February
27, 2001 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in
Deed Book 250, Page 2777, granted and conveyed unto Brenda H.
Wilding.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to all reservations, restric-
tions, covenants, conditions, easements, leases and rights of way
appearing of record, including but not limited to those appearing
at Deed Book Volume 195, Page 931, et seq.
BY POWER OF ATTORNEY, same being acknowledged on
2007 by Helen wilding, Norman D. Whyte appointed Helen Wilding,
as his agent. Said Power of Attorney is about to be recorded
herewith.
TOGETHER with all and singular the rights, liberties, privileges,
hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or
in anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders,
rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right,
title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the
said Brenda H. Wilding at and immediately before the time of her
decease, in law or equity or otherwise howsoever, of, in, to or
out of the same:
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said granted premises to the said parties
of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
AND the said parties of the first part, do covenant, promise,
grant and agree, to and with the said parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns, by these presents, that the said parties
of the first part, have not done, committed, or knowingly or
willingly suffered to be done, any act, matter or thing what-
soever, whereby the premises aforesaid, or any part thereof, is,
are, shall or may be charged or encumbered, in title, charge or
estate, or otherwise howsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part have
hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year above writ-
ten.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
BRENDA H. WILDING
I, BRENDA H. WILDING, of Mechanicsburg/ Cumberland
County/ Pennsylvania/ make/ publish and declare this as and for
my Last Will and Testament/ hereby revoking all other Wills and
Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I give and bequeath ten thousand dollars
($10,000.00) and any vehicle that I own at the time of my death
to my friend, STEVEN H. SPENCE/ of 308-R Beaver Road/ Harrisburg/
Pennsylvania 17112, provided that should be predecease me/ then I
direct that this bequest be and become a part of my residuary
estate to be distributed as set forth in Clause SECOND
hereinbelow.
SECOND: I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever
situate/ including any property over which I hold power of
appointment and together with any insurance policies thereon/ in
equal shares/ to my children/ HELEN WILDING-RHOADS and ROBERT J.
WILDING/ provided that should either of my children predecease
me/ then I give and bequeath such deceased child/s share to my
surviving child as provided herein.
THIRD: In addition to all powers granted to them by
law and by other provisions of this Will/ I give the fiduciaries
acting hereunder the following powers/ applicable to all proper-
ty, exercisable without court approval and effective until actual
distribution of all property:
(A) To sell at public or private sale/ or to lease,
for any period of time/ any real or personal property and to give
options for sales/ exchanges or leases/ for such prices and upon
such terms (including credit, with or without security) or

conditions as are deemed proper. This includes the power to give
legally sufficient instruments for transfer of the property and
to receive the proceeds of any disposition of it.
(B) To partition, subdivide, or improve real estate
and to enter into agreements concerning the partition, subdivi-
sion, improvement, zoning or management of real estate and to
impose or extinguish restrictions on real estate.
(C) To compromise any claim or controversy and to
abandon any property which is of little or no value.
(D) To invest in all forms of property, including
stocks, common trust funds and mortgage investment funds, without
restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduci-
aries, as are deemed proper, without regard to any principle of
diversification, risk or productivity.
(E) To exercise any option, right or privilege granted
in insurance policies or in other investments.
(F) To exercise any election or privilege given by the
Federal and other tax laws, including, but not necessarily being
limited to, personal income, gift and estate or inheritance tax
laws.
(G) To make distributions to my herein named benefici-
aries in cash or in kind or partly in each.
(H) To borrow money from themselves or others in order
to pay debts, taxes, or estate or trust administration expenses,
to protect or improve any property held under my will, and for
investment purposes.
(I) To select a mode of payment under any qualified
retirement plan (pension plan, profit sharing plan, employee
stock ownership plan, or any other type of qualified plan) to the
extent the plan or the law permits them to do so, and to exercise
any other rights which they may have under the plan, in whatever
manner they consider advisable.

FOURTH: I direct that all inheritance, estate, trans-
fer, succession and death taxes, of any kind whatsoever, which
may be payable by reason of my death, whether or not with respect
to property passing under this Will, shall be paid out of the
principal of my residuary estate.
FIFTH: I nominate and appoint my brother, NORMAN D.
WHYTE, Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament. In the
event of the death, resignation or inability to serve for any
reason whatsoever of the said NORMAN D. WHYTE, I nominate and
appoint my children, HELEN WILDING-RHOADS and ROBERT J. WILDING,
Co-Executors of this, my Last Will and Testament. I direct that
my Executor or Co-Executors, as the case may be, and their
successors, shall not be required to post security or a bond for
the performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
seal to this, my Last Will and Testament, this 10 day of
