Date of Death: April 24, 2006 File No. 2006-00385 ATTACHMENT TO PA. O.c. RULE 6.12 STATUS REPORT Administration of the estate is substantially complete. The Inheritance Tax return has been filed, the tax has been paid, and the Department of Revenue has accepted the return. All known estate debts have been paid. The Executrix has filed personal income tax returns on behalf of the decedent and has paid the income tax obligations. All estate assets have been distributed except for the transfer of title to a time-share property in South Carolina. This transfer should be accomplished shortly. The Executrix is also the sole heir of the estate. She does not intend to file a formal account. She will file a statement with the Court when administration is complete.
