STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
This instrument is executed this 25th day of July, 2003, by Hoffman's Custom Contracting
("Contractor") in favor of Lloyd J. Edris and Shirley M. Edris ("Owners").
Whereas, Owners are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with
Contractor for the erection of a single family dwelling upon a lot of land situate in Dickinson
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more fully described as follows:
Tract No. 1:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with Subdivision Plan
for Aunendale prepared by Statler-Brehm Associates, Inc., dated April 12, 1995, a
copy of which consisting of six pages was recorded on December 23, 1996 in the
hereinafter named Recorder's Office in Plan Book 73, Page 111, etc., which Plan is
incorporated herein by reference as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern line of 50 feet wide Makenzee Drive at the
dividing line between Lots 19 and 20; thence from said point at the Place of
Beginning along said southern line of 50 feet wide Makenzee Drive the following
two courses and distances: (1) North 66 degrees 58 minutes 11 seconds East a
distance of 104.81 feet to a point; and (2) by a curve to the left having a radius of
225.00 feet an arc distance of 83.53 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots
Nos. 18 and 19; thence along said dividing line between said Lots 18 and 19; South
44 degrees 18 minutes 05 seconds East a distance of 257.90 feet to a point in line of
land now or formerly of D. William Green; thence along line of said land now or
formerly of D. William Green, South 66 degrees 58 minutes 11 seconds West a

distance of 280.00 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 19 and 20;
thence along said dividing line between said Lots 19 and 20, North 23 degrees 01
minutes 49 seconds West a distance of 225.00 feet to a point on the Southern line of
said 50 feet wide Makenzee Drive at the Place of BEGINNING.
THE ABOVE described lot of land is all of Lot 19 as shown on said Subdivision
Plan for Annendale recorded as aforesaid and contains an area of 53,603 square feet,
more or less.
Tract No. 2:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with Subdivision Plan
for Annendale prepared by Statler-Brehm Associates, Inc., dated April 12, 1995, a
copy of which consisting of six pages was recorded on December 23, 1996 in the
hereinafter named Recorder's Office in Plan Book 73, Page 111, etc., which Plan is
incorporated herein by reference as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern line of 50 feet wide Makenzee Drive at the
dividing line between Lots 20 and 21; thence from said point at the Place of
Beginning along said southern line of 50 feet wide Makenzee Drive North 66 degrees
58 minutes 11 seconds East a distance of 195.00 feet to a point at the dividing line
between Lots 19 and 20; thence along said dividing line between Lots 19 and 20,
South 23 degrees 01 minutes 49 seconds East a distance of 225.00 feet to a point in
line of land now or formerly of D. William Green; thence along line of said land now
or formerly of D. William Green, South 66 degrees 58 minutes 11 seconds West a
distance of 195.00 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots 20 and 21; thence
along said dividing line between said Lots 20 and 21, North 23 degrees 01 minute 49
seconds East a distance of 225.00 feet to a point on the Southern line of said 50 feet
wide Makenzee Drive at the Place of BEGINNING.
THE ABOVE described lot of land is all of Lot 20 as shown on said Subdivision
Plan for Annendale recorded as aforesaid and contains an area of 43,875 square feet,
more or less.
Now, ~., ~.1.~ ~ ,~'~ ,2003, at the time of and immediatelybefore the execution of the
construction c6ntracffaforesaid, and before any authority has been given by the said Lloyd J. Edris
and Shirley M. Edris to the said Hoffman's Custom Contracting to commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the same, in consideration of the Owners making of the said
contract with Contractor, and intending to be legally bound hereby, it is agreed that no lien shall be
filed against the building by Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the materialmen or
workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

statement for the purposes therein contained by signing the name of the corporation by himself as
such officer.
