Please find enclosed the First and Final Account filed on behalf of the Respondent,
Wachovia Bank, N.A..
Also enclosed is a check in the amount of $480, payable to the Cumberland County
Register of Wills. This check represents the fee for advertising of $80 and a filing fee of
$400 based upon a total of approximately $792,199.28 which is the balance and the
income generated by the account. This total represents the following amounts (please
see page two of the Account):
Principal Receipts: $ 216,251.43
Principal Net Gain on Sales or Dispositions: 141,633.40
Income Receipts: 434.314.45

On January 9, 2007, Frank F. Davenport, III, by and through his attorney, Neil W. Yahn
of James, Smith, Dietterick and Connelly, LLP, filed a Petition for Citation to Show
Cause why and Inventory and Accounting Should not be Filed by Respondent Wachovia
Bank, N.A. While Acting Trustee of 'Trust B" as Created under the Estate of Frank F.
Davenport, Jr. F/B/O Suzanne B. Davenport and Issue. This First and Final Account is
being filed on behalf of Suzanne B. (Davenport) Bieri and Wachovia Bank, N.A. in
response to that Petition.
Please note that we have also enclosed a "Petition for Adjudication/Statement of
Proposed Distribution Pursuant to Pa. O.C. Rule 6.9" but no distribution or other
adjudication is being requested herein. Because Wachovia Bank, N.A. is filing the
account, we have listed Suzanne Bieri and Wachovia Bank, N.A. as the "Petitioners"
although they are the Respondents with respect to the Petition to Show Cause Why an
Inventory and Accounting Should not be Filed by Respondent Wachovia Bank, N.A.,
