MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE
NOW COMES Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by its
Township Solicitor, Wiltiam E. Miller, Jr., Esquire, and files the within claim for charges
assessed with respect to services supplied to and work done to abate a nuisance for
the above named owner or owners and against the hereinafter described real estate as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1, This claim is filed by UPPER ALLEN TOWNSHIP, a first-class township
organized and existing in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsyl-
vania, and having its principal offices located at 100 Gettysburg Pike, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055.
2, The owners or reputed owners of the property against which this claim is
filed are AMEDEO CUMANO and HELEN E. KLINGER.
3. The authority under which this charge and assessment for services
supplied to and/or work done is Upper Allen Township Ordinance No. 95-1, et seq.
4. The authority under which this claim is filed is the Act of 16 May 1923,
P.L. 207, Section 4, 53 P.S. § 7107, as amended.
5. A description of the property against which this claim is being filed is:

Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055
Tax Parcel I.D, #42-27-1888-161
6. This claim has not been the subject of any previous claim and judgment in
the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County.
7. The total amount of the charges for high weed and grass removal
nuisances for which this claim is filed is Two Hundred Eighty Five and 00/100 Dollars
($285.00), plus costs.
8. The time period for which these charges are filed is 20 June 2002 to 17
July 2003.
WHEREFORE, Claimant requests that a Municipal Lien be entered in its favor
and against the Defendant in the amount of Two Hundred Eighty Five and 00/100
Dollars ($285.00), plus costs.
