That the Petitioner prays for the change of name for the following reason(s) (describe in detail): My daughter's father has been deceased since 2004, and it is in her best interest to have the same last name as her "father" and sister when she enters school (legally). She already knows Zimmer as her last name, and I don't want her to be confused because the name on her birth certificate is her biological father's name, but she was too young to remember him when he died. 10. That the proposed change of name, if granted, will not be detrimental to the interests of any other person and is not against the public interest. 11.
