Dear Sir or Madam:
The undersigned, on behalf of the estate of the captioned decedent, hereby
requests a six-month extension of time in which to file the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax
Return for this estate. The decedent died on August 5, 2007 a resident of Florida, owning
real estate in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Probate of the Will in Florida was
delayed, and a Petition for Ancillary Administration in Cumberland County has not yet
been filed. As a result, all of the information necessary to file a complete and accurate
return is not readily available. The Personal Representative of the Estate does not expect
that there will be any tax due.
Kindly acknowledge receipt ofthis request by date stamping and returning
the enclosed copy of this letter in the envelope provided.
