SKALKA, Owners MUNICIPAL LIEN DOCKET MUNICIPAL CLAIM Township of Hampden ("Claimant") files this Municipal Claim against Michael E. Skalka and Paula M. Skalka ("Owners") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by the Owners and described as follows: 1126 Fairfield Street Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 Tax Property Map: 10-17-1029 Parcel No.: 050 for unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from March 1, 2006 to April 1, 2007. Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners' account with the Claimant, which sum of $551.47 was duly assessed against the above Owners and premises beginning March 1, 2006 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipal Authorities Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P. S. § 5601, et sea., as supplemented and LAW OFFICES SNELBAKER SC BRENNEMAN, P.C. amended and the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 53 P.S. § 7101, et se ., as supplemented and amended.
