MUNICIPAL LIEN
MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER CONNECTION
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township, of 1220 Boiling Springs
Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through its Solicitor,
James D. Bogar, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim
against Eber Jacob Gordon, an adult individual, owning property
located at 338 Old Stonehouse Road S. Eber Jacob Gordon is the

owner of all that certain lot of ground, including any
improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN house and lot of ground situate in the
Village of Churchtown, Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described in
accordance with a survey by Michael C. D'Angelo, Registered
Surveyor under date of August 24, 1977, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the western side of Main Street,
which point is 30.8 feet south of Route 174, thence along
the western line of Main Street, South 17 degrees 00 minutes
East 47.50 feet to a point at line of property now or late
of E. Williams; thence along said last mentioned line, South
73 degrees 00 minutes West 39.23 feet to a point; thence
continuing along said Williams' land, South 75 degrees 39
minutes 14 seconds West 93.37 feet to a hub on the eastern
side of a twelve fool wide alley; thence along said last
mentioned line, North 16 degrees 03 minutes 40 seconds West
45. 88 feet to a hub at the line of lands now or late of L.
Enck, heirs; thence along said last mentioned line. North
74 degrees 29 minutes 36 seconds East 103.48 feet to a
point; thence continuing along the same, North 73 degrees 00
minutes East 28.30 feet to a point on the western side of
Main Street, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING an exact frontage of 48 feet and 6 inches on said
Main Street and having a depth of 150 feet, more or less.
HAVING ERECTED THEREON a dwelling house being known and
numbered as 338 Old Stonehouse Road S., Boiling Springs,
Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Eber Jacob Gordon and Cheryl
A. Gordon, husband and wife, by Deed dated May 21, 1996, and
recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office
in Deed Book 139, Page 1142, granted and conveyed unto Eber
Jacob Gordon, owner.
Tax Parcel No. 22-28-2401-066
Monroe Township hereby files this Municipal Lien for Sewer
Connection in the amount of $3,000.00, which connection fee has
been duly assessed against Eber Jacob Gordon, an adult
individual, and the real property described herein from and on
August 1, 2001, and for which sum, with interest in the amount of
ten (10%) percent, along with penalties and all costs, including
attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed against the above-
described real property and premises in accordance with the Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq,
as amended (Municipal Claims and Tax Liens).
