AND NOW, this ~ day of vV12-1 ,2007, upon consideration of
the attached Petition for Approval of Compromise Settlement and Distribution of Proceeds
pursuant to Pa. R.C.P. 2206,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1) Settlement of the above-captioned action in accordance with the terms of the Petition
is approved.
2) Distribution of the settlement proceeds pursuant to the terms of the Petition is
approved. All proceeds shall be allocated as set forth in paragraphs 21,35,36 and 38 ofthe
Petitioner.
3) This Order shall be effective with regard to the civil action filed in this matter and
docketed to Cumberland County No. 2006-2166. Settlement of the civil action and distribution
of the settlement proceeds in accordance with the terms ofthe Petition is hereby approved. The
settlement proceeds shall be distributed in accordance with paragraph 2 of this Order.
4) Petitioners are authorized to sign a Release in the companion civil action filed in
this matter and docketed to Cumberland County No. 2006-2166, and to discontinue that action.
