contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Pyramid Construction Services. Inc. ,
of Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for Alts. &
Addition to building upon a dot of land situate

NOW, January 15, , 2001, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said
to the said Yvramid Construction Services. inc. to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration
of the making of the said contract with Pyramid Construction Services. Inc.
and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Pyramid Construction Services. Inc.
paid by Central Pennsvlvania MRI Center, a
Pennsvlvania Limited Partnership it is agreed that no lien shall
be fried against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the
material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or
extra labor or materials purchased for the addition to said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.
