STIPl1LAT10N AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this 12th day of January, 2001
by and between William H. Goodling
AND Nicole Galdencio a single woman
hereinafter called the Contractor,
hereinafter called the Owner.
WITNESSETH THAT: r
The Contractor by instrumentdated /,~~~ (~, 200
entered into an Agreement with the Owner for the erection and construction of a two-story dwelling
,situated on Lot #3, Walnut Point, Phase I, more particularly described
on Exhibit A attached hereto
AND WHEREAS, the Contractor has covenanted and agreed therein to enter into an additional agreement
with the Owner stipulating that no lien or liens of any kind shall be filed against the above building or the
appurtenances thereto.
NOW, TH15 AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, that the Contractor, for and in consideration of the awarding to him
of the said contract as for the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by the Owner, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, promises and agrees that no Mechanic's Lien or liens shall be filed against
the aforesaid building or the appurtenances thereto by any subcontractor, subcontractors, materialmen,
mechanics, laborers or anyone for materials furnished, work done or services rendered of any kind
whatsoever, for or about, or on account of the aforesaid building or on the credit thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

EXHIBIT A
ALL TNAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situated in Silver
Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwestern right-of-way line of
Stone Run Drive, a 50 foot wide right-of-way, said point being the
northwestern corner of Lot #4; THENCE along the northwestern line
of said lot, South 44 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds West a distance
of 155.13 feet to a point on the line of land now or late of John
C. and Lynn A. Stillwaggon; THENCE along said line of land North
55 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 124.86 feet to a
point, said point being the southeastern corner of Lot #2; THENCE
along the southeastern line of said lot North 59 degrees 20 minutes
00 seconds West a distance of 195.14 feet to a point on the
southwestern right-of-way line of Stone Run Drive; THENCE along
said right-of-way line South 30 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East
a distance of 24.35 feet to a point; THENCE along said
right-of-way line by a curve to the left having a radius of 200.00
feet and an arc length of 50.91 feet to a point, the place of
BEGINNING.
BEING Lot #3 of a plan of lots known as "Walnut Point Phase I",
and containing 16, '01.47 square feet or 0.3834 acres.
