Wagner and Sally A. Wagner, his wife, South 53 degrees 34 minutes 37 seconds West a distance of 200 feet to the point and place of beginning. Containing a total lot area of 2.00817 acres and being known as Lot No. 11 on a Subdivision Plan for Stonecrest Acres, recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 81, page 124. BEING the same premises which Walter M. Fickes and Virginia J. Fickes, his wife, granted and conveyed unto Larry V.
