THISAGREEMENTmadethis 16th day of January, 2001
by and between W. Lee Roland, Builder
hereinafter called the Contractor,
AND Richard E. Denison and Peggy K. Denison Husband and Wife
W ITNESSETH THAT:
hereinafter called the Owner.
The Contractor by instrument dated Tti``~~ Grp , 2 00 t
entered into an Agreement with the Owner for the erection and construction of a single family residence
,situated on Lot 45, Phase VIII, Meadowview Estates, more particularly
described on Exhibit A attached hereto
AND WHEREAS, the Contractor has covenanted and agreed therein to enter into an additional agreement
with the Owner stipulating that no lien or liens of any kind shall be filed against the above building or the
appurtenances thereto.
NOW, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, that [he Contractor, for and in Consideration of the awarding to him
of the said contract as for the swn of ONE DOLLAR (81.00) to him in hand paid by the Owner, the receipt of
which is hereby aeknowledged, promises and agrees that no Mechanic's Lien or liens shall be filed against
the aforesaid building or the appurtenances thereto by any subcontractor, subcontractors, materialmen,
mechanics, laborers or anyone for materials furnished, work done or services rendered of any kind
whatsoever, fir or about, oron account ofthe aforesaid building or on the creditthereof.
IN WITNE55 WHEREOF, the said parties hereunto sat their hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

ALL TS'AT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in Upper Allen
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern dedicated right-of-way line of
Spring Willow Drive, said point being on the dividing line between
Lot Nos. 45 and 46 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots;
THENCE along said right-of-way line, North 48 degrees 03 minutes
59 second West, 110.00 feet to a point on the dividing line between
Lot Nos. 44 and 45 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots;
THENCE along said dividing line North 41 degrees 56 minutes o1
second East, iZ5.00 feet to a point; THENCB South 48 degrees 03
minutes 59 seconds East, 110.00 feet to a point on the dividing

BEING Lot No. 45 on Phase VIII - Final Subdivision Plan of
Meadowview Estates, said Plan being recorded in the Cumberland
County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 74, Page 108.
