For dates of death on or after January 1, 1995, the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving spouse is zero (0) percent
[72 P.S. ~9116 (a) (1.1) (ii)]. The statute does not exempt a transfer to a surviving spouse from tax, and the statutory requirements for disclosure of assets and
filing a tax return are still applicable even if the surviving' spouse is the only beneficiary.

The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers from a deceased child twenty-one years of age or younger at death to or for the use of a natural parent, an
adoptive parent, or a stepparent of the child is zero (0) percent [72 P.S. 99116(a)(1.2)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's lineal beneficiaries is four and one-half (4.5) percent, except as noted in

being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, revoke any prior
wills and codicils and declare this to be my will.
ITEM [ EXPENSES AND TAXES. I direct my Personal Representative to
pay all of my just debts, my funeral expenses, and all of my federal, state and other
death taxes (and interest and penalties thereon). These payments shall be made
out of the principal of my residuary estate (or if there be no residuary estate, then
out of-my probate assets) just as if they were my debts, and none of those payments
shall be charged against or reimbursed by any beneficiary.
ITEM II. PRE-RESIDUARY LEGACIES. In the event that a museum has
been established,or selected to house my collectibles, as dete:rmined by my Personal
Representative, then I give to that museum' 'all of my collectibles which it will
accept. In the e,vent that my Personal Representative determines that any of my
collectibles, below referenced, are not accepted by such a museum, then, and only

Baltimore, MD, or to the survivor of them, my
original (three) paintings by my friend, Suzanna de
la Roche. If neither of them survives me, then this
share shall lapse.
(E) I give to Amanda Varner, if she survives me, my
ballet figurines and my ballet paintings.
(F) I give to Dale Morrow, or if he fails to survive me,
then to Set;Ln Varner, if he survives me, my green
diamond ring which .belonged to Henry Kaiser, of
Kaiser Aluminum.
(G) I give to Shirley Zeigler, if she survives me, my
2000 champagne glasses and my signed opera
picture.
(H) I give to David Bailey, if he survives me, my
Kathryn Hepburn picture, my Capitol Theatre
painting, my Arcade Theatre painting, my Jean
Stapleton Theatre poster, my Totem Pole poster,
my Elvis Presley painting, my painting by Ronnie
McDowell signed to me called "Lonely Street," and
my Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe and James Dean
poster.
(I) I give to Lucinda Varner, of Shippensburg, P A, or if
she fails to survive me, then per stirpes to such of
her lineal issue as survive me, all of the balance of
my plate collection
(J) I give to Zachary Geesaman and Ben Geesaman all
of my children's collection of video tapes.

(K) I give to Sean and Amanda Varner, or to the
survivor of them, the balance of my video tapes.
(L) I give to Edwin L. Gotwalt, if he survives me, my
jade elephants.
(M) I give to Cleo Martin, if she survives me, my lamp
lighter figurine.
(N) I give to Dale and Lisa Morrow, of Shippensburg,
PA, or to the survivor of them, my Frsmklin Mint
Coca Cola village, my Coca Cola puzzles, all of my
Gone-with-the Wind.collection, and my Red Skelton
collection.
(0) I give.to Sean Varner, myoId wind up Victrola. If
Sean fails to survive me, then I make this gift to
Lucinda Varner and if she also fails to survive me
then to AmandCi Varner.
(P) I give to Barbara Persun, if she survives me, all of
my glassware and I request, but do not direct, that
she giye some of the glassware to other people as
she and I have discussed. I also give to her the
balance of my theatre relics and the balance of my
Frsm klin Mint artwork.
ITEM III. RESIDUARY GIFTS. I give the residue of my estate to Kathryn
M Geesaman, or if she fails to survive me, then I direct that the residue of my
estate (calculated after all items directed to be paid in Item 1) shall be divided into
equal shares which shall be distributed among such of the following as survive me:
(A) Twenty-five shares thereof to Dale and Lisa
Morrow, or to the survivor of them. In the event
both of them fail to survive me, then these shares
shall lapse.
(B) Twenty-five shares to Barbara Persun, or if she
fails to su..""Vive me, then these shares sh~ 11 lapse.

(C) Thirty shares, in equal portions, among such of
Lucinda Varner, Sean Varner, and Amanda
Varner, as survive me.
(D) Fifteen shares to St. Paul's. Lutheran Church,
Quincy, PA.
(E) Five shares to Caledonia Theatre Company, a non-
profit corporation,
"ITEM IV. APPOINTMENT OF FIDUCIARIES. I appoint Barbara Persun
as Personal Representative of my estate. If she fails to qualify or ceases to act, then
I appoint Lucinda Varner as my'Altemate or Successor Personal Representative. I
give to my acting Personal Representative authority to appoint a Trustee under the
Pennsylvania Uniform Transfers to Minors Act for the benefit of any beneficiarY
hereunder who needs such a trustee.
ITEM V. NO BOND. I direct that no fiduciary appointed hereunder shall
be required to post bond in this or any other jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, JOSIAH E. GEESAMAN, JR., the Testator,
hereby execute on November IS- , 2001, this my will, typewritten upon four (4)
sheets of paper.
