Dear Your Honor
I am scheduled to appear in court on c/~j~ to appeal a Chemical Refusal for a DUI.
Due to some unforeseen financial obligations that have suddenly arrised I am unable to
pay my Lawyer his retainer fee at this time. If your honor could possibly give me at least
a 30 day continuance I should have the money needed to defend myself at that time.
Thanks for your time
