MOTION TO DISCONTINUE HEARING FOR PETITION FOR CITATION
AND NOW comes Plaintiff/Petitioner, Heather Bremer, through her legal counsel, Kristen B.
Hamilton, Esquire, of Arnoult, Taccino & Hamilton, who moves the Court as follows:
1. Plaintiff filed a Petition for Citation for an appeal from Probate on February 2,2007 with
the Cumberland County Orphan's Court Division.
2. A hearing on the matter was scheduled for May 17, 2007 at 9:30 A.M. in Courtroom 4 of
the Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
3. Petitioner left to begin military training in mid-February 2007, with an anticipated return
date of August 2007.
4. Petitioner contacted the undersigned and offered to dismiss the matter, not continue the
matter, if certain items from the estate could be recovered by Respondent for distribution to members
of the decedent's family.
5. Respondent's counsel, Andrew Shaw, Esquire, did contact respondent with the list of

7. Respondent has agreed to return the one (1) specific item she has located'" at this time and

will continue to attempt to locate several other items which were requested by Petitioner.

8. Andrew Shaw, Esquire was contacted regarding the filing of this Motion to Discontinue
and is not in opposition to the submission of this request.
WHEREFORE, counsel for Petitioner, Heather Bremer, respectfully requests that an Order
of Court be entered providing that the hearing currently scheduled on May 17, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. for
the Petition for Citation filed February 2,2007 be discontinued.
