I, WALLACE F. HOOVER of the Township of East Pennsboro, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and revoke any Will previously made by me.
ITEM 1: I devise my interest in real estate with dwelling being Lot No. B-1 on the
Final Subdivision Plan for Sherwood Park (phases II and ID) and recorded in the Cumberland
County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 73, Page 141 and recorded in the Cumberland
County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book~ Page.s..s:.l.; situate in East Pennsboro
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known and numbered as 137 Lee Ann Court,
Enola, Pennsylvania, together with rights and easements and appurtenances thereto to my friend,
ELEANOR M. TOZOLOSKY if she shall survive me, for her use during her life. At her death or
if she ceases to reside at the said premises; or if she conveys the said premises to another party,
this devise becomes null and void and I dispose of my said interest in the premises in
accordance with Item No.2 of my Last Will, noted below. However, the said ELEANOR M.
TOZOLOSKY shall have the use of the premises, as stated above, without bond or liability for
waste, provided however, that ELEANOR M. TOZOLOSKY shall maintain adequate property
insurance thereon and shall pay all insurance premiums, real estate taxes, assessments and shall
maintain and keep the premises in good repair.

ITEM 2: I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of every nature and
wheresoever situate, together with insurance thereon, including my interest in the estate, devised
in Item No. 1 above, to my two (2) sons, namely NEAL F. HOOVER of 132 32nd Street, Camp
Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and SCOTT C. HOOVER of Raleigh, North Carolina,
in equal shares, on a per capita basis and not on a per stirpes basis.
ITEM 3: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of
whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as
a part of the expense of the administration of my Estate.
ITEM 4: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as practical
after my death.
ITEM 5: Upon my demise, my body is to be buried in my family burial lot at
Westhaven Cemetery, Hanover, York County, Pennsylvania.
ITEM 6: I appoint my son, NEAL F. HOOVER of 132 32nd Street, Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Executor of this my Last Will. Should my son, NEAL F.
HOOVER, fail to qualify or cease to act as my Executor, I appoint my son, SCOTT C.
HOOVER of Raleigh, North Carolina, Executor of this my Last Will.

ITEM 7: I direct that my personal representatives or their successors shall not be
required to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
