STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the ~+~ day of May, 2007, by and between
HOFFMAN'S CUSTOM CONTRACTING, INC., of 35 Chelsea Lane, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania 17013, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, AND
MICHAEL A. BRYMESSER and MICHELE T. BRYMESSER, of 1480 Leidigh
Drive, Boiling Springs, PA 17007, hereinafter referred to as
Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and
construct a single-family residential dwelling on that certain
lot of ground situate on Lot No. 1, Monroe Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 1, Final Subdivision Plan for
Mary Ann Brymesser, said plan being recorded in Plan Book 94,
Page 45. Being the a part of the same premises which Sheldon B.
Brymesser and Mary Ann Brymesser, by Deed dated February 9, 1999
and recorded September 15, 1999 in the Cumberland County Recorder
of Deeds Office in Deed Book 207, Page 800, granted and conveyed
unto Mary Ann Brymesser. Also being the same premises which Mary
Ann Brymesser and Sheldon B. Brymesser by Deed dated May 4, 2007
and recorded May q 2007 in the Cumberland County
Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 2,x-9 , Page'`~5q~, granted ,,,

and conveyed unto Michael A. Brymesser and Michele T. Brymesser.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEI-~NT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in

the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors,
and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree
that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained
by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or
materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and
construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and
others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right
to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
against the said buildings or any of them and agree that this
instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent
covenant.
