WHEREAS, to secure the collection of said tax. notice of the lien of the United States, attaching to all the property
and rights to property of the said taxpayer on account of said tax indebtedness, was filed with the Office of Prothonotary, for
the Gountv of Cumberland, and also with the XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, in accordance with the applicable provisions of
law.
WHEREAS, the lien of the United States, listed above. for said tax has attached to certain property described as:
ALL THOSE TWO (2) certain tracts of land situate in the Borough of Camp Hill. Cumberland County. Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows. to wit:
TRACT NO.1:
BEGINNING at a point at the Northwest comer of Market Street and Twentieth Street;
thence in a Northerly direction along the Western line ofTwentieth Street. 150 feello a 15 foot alley;
thence in a westerly direction along the southern line of said 15 foot alley and parallel with
Market Street, 80.3 faetto a point; thence in a southerly direction by a line parallel with Twentieth Street 87.12 feet to an iron pin in the line
of lands now or late of Alice SarluP. South 89 degrees 47 minutes East. 7 feet to an iron pin: thence by same South 00 degrees 20 minutes
West, 31.30 feello a point in the comerofTract No.2: thence by Tract No.2. South 14 degrees 08 minutes East. 32.40 feello Market
Street: thence in an Easterly direction along the Northern line of Market Street, 80.3 feet to the place of the BEGINNING.
TRACT NO.2:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Market Street on the dividing line between Tract No.1 and Tract No.2 herein described, said
point being 80 feet 2 inches measured westwardly along the Northern line of Market Street from the Northwest comer of Market Street and
Twentieth Street; thence along the Northern line of Market Street, North 89 degrees 47 minutes West. (erroneously stated North 89
degrees 47 minutes 47 minutes in prior deed) 7.625 feet to a point; thence by lands now or late of Charles H. Nailor, et UX, North 00
degrees 20 minutes West. 31.58 feet to a point on the line of Tract No.1: thence by said line South 14 degrees 08 minutes East. 32.40 feet
to the point or place of BEGINNING.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a masonry commercial building known as and numbered 2000 Market Street.
Being further described in deed Book E34 Page 302, Cumberland County Courthouse.

WHEREAS, the Area Director of Internal Revenue has determined that the interest of the United States in the
foregoing property, under and by virtue of its aforesaid tax lien. is now valueless;
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INSTRUMENT WITNESSETH, That I, B. F. Roaers, Area Director of Internal Revenue
at Philadelphia, PA 19106, charged by law with the duty of collecting and enforcing the collection of internal revenue taxes
due the United States, and charged with the assessment hereinbefore stated. do, pursuant to the provisions of section
6325(b)(2)(B), of the Internal Revenue Code discharge the property heretofore described from the aforesaid tax lien, saving
and reserving, however, the force and effect of said tax lien against and upon all other property or rights to property to which
said lien is attached, wheresoever situated.
