WHEREAS, GARY A. PATERSON and LINDA J. MACHADO of 57 Tuscany Court, Camp
Hill, PA 17011, and 3 Foxtail Court, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, respectively, are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with ARTISTECH, INC., 1087 Country Club Road, Camp
Hill, PA 17011, for the erection of a single family dwelling upon premises commonly known as 8 East
Red Gold Circle (Lot E-12 Floribunda Heights), East Pennsboro Township, Camp Hill, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated May ~_, 2007, at Deed Book ,
Page in the Recorder's Office for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more
specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW, May 10 , 2007, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the
making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to
Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor,
or any subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to
file such liens being expressly waived.

EXHIBIT A
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right of way line of East Red Gold Circle (50-feet wide)
at the dividing line between Lots E-13 and E-12; thence along the eastern boundary line of Lot E-13,
North 09 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 197.47 feet to a common point at the northeast
corner of Lot E-13 and the northwest corner of Lot E-12 and a point on-the southern boundary line of Lot
E-28; thence along Lot E-28, North 85 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 107.73 feet to
a point on the western right of line of Oyster Mill Road; thence along Oyster Mill Road, South 25 degrees
18 minutes 09 seconds East, a distance of 166.34 feet to a point on Oyster Mill Road and the northeast
corner of Lot E-11; thence along the northern boundary line of Lot E-11, South 61 degrees 12 minutes
30 seconds West, a distance of 170.32 feet to a point on the cul-de-sac of East Red Gold Circle; thence
along East Red Gold Circle by a curve to the left having a radius of 50.00 feet and an arc length of 44.79
feet; thence continuing along same, North 80 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 28.35
feet to a point, the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. E-12, on the Final Subdivision Plan of Floribunda, Phase I; Section 9 and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 91,
Page 40.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, to a 30' utility and drainage easement along the eastern side of said
lot and a 15' sanitary sewer easement along the eastern and southern sides of said lot.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to all easements, restrictions, encumbrances and
other matters of record or that which a physical inspection or survey of the premises would reveal.
