MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR WATER AND SEWAGE USAGE FEES
North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its
claim for water and sewage usage fees against the real estate hereinafter described and
sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owner of the property against which this claim is filed is Robert Watson,
III, with a mailing address of 50421 Fresh Pond Neck Road, Ridge, MD 20680-3337. The
address of the subject property is:
145 Faith Circle
Carlisle, PA 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and
marked Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for water
and sewage usage service in the amount of $6g0.16.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from July 15, 200 and costs of filing
are also claimed.

receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, they granted, bargained and sold, released and
confirmed, and by these presents, grant, bargain and sell, release and confirm unto the said

ALL that certain tract or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
SITUATE in the Township of North Middleton, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania and described in accordance with a Plan of Property made by Larry V. Neidlinger,
dated February 28, 1980, as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pin oo the Westerly side of Faith Circle (60 feet wide), at a comer of Lot
No. 156; thanee extendiug from said point of beginning and along Lot No. 156; North 89 degrees
34 minutes 18 seconds West, the distance of 357.90 feet to a point, in line of lands of Kingsbrook

Section I1; thence extending along the last mentioned lands, the two (2) following courses and
distances, (I) North 25 degrees 25 minutes 35 seconds West, the distance of 15.77 feet to a poiut,
and (2) North 43 degrees 30 minutes 42 seconds East, the distance of 49.02 feet to a point, at a
comer of Lot No. 108; thence extending along Lot No. 108, South 89 degrees 34 minutes 18
seconds East, the distance of 331.29 feet to an iron pin on the Westerly side of Faith Circle;
thence extending along the said side of Faith Circle, South 00 degrees 25 minutes 42 seconds
East, the distance of 50.00 feet to the first mentioned point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING known and numbered as 145 Faith Circle.
BEING shown as Lot Nos. 109 and 156-B on the plan of Kingsbrook, as recorded in Plan Books:
27 at Page 3 and 36 at Page 19.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTItELESS, to all rights of way, easements, restrictions and/or
conditions of record.
BEING the same premises which Stanley K. Adams and Joyce A. Adams, his wife, by deed
dated February 29, 1980 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book W 28 at Page 486, granted and conveyed unto
Ernest A. Hoffstetter and Muriel Hoffstetter, his wife, the Grantors herein.
AND the said Grantors do hereby SPECIALLY wARRANT the property hereby
conveyed.
