HomeMy WebLinkAbout03-3752NORTH MIDDLETON AUTHORITY V ROBERT WATSON, III, Defendant : IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF ·· CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA : NO. 2003- ~ MLD MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR WATER AND SEWAGE USAGE FEES North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim for water and sewage usage fees against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows: STATEMENT OF CLAIM 1 The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township. 2 The name of the owner of the property against which this claim is filed is Robert Watson, III, with a mailing address of 50421 Fresh Pond Neck Road, Ridge, MD 20680-3337. The address of the subject property is: 145 Faith Circle Carlisle, PA 17013 3 A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq. 5 This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for water and sewage usage service in the amount of $6g0.16. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from July 15, 200 and costs of filing are also claimed.
