WAIVER OF MECHANICS LIEN
WHEREAS, J. GARY RINE, VIRGINIA 8. RINE, LORETTA L. RINE aa.d
DARRIN G. RIME, of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, entered into a
contract with RIME & RINE BUILDERS, INC., of 19 Independence Drive,
Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a dwelling house
upon real estate owned by J. Gary Rine, Virginia B, Rine, Loretta
L. Rine and Darrin G. Rine, lying and being situate in Southampton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more fully described as
Lot G6, Rine Estates, known as 54 Independence Drive, Shippensburg,
Pennsylvania, and being part of the same which was conveyed by deed
recorded in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Record Book 183, Page
007.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and
between the said parties as part of the said contract and for the
consideration herein set forth that neither the undersigned
contractor, nor any sub-contractor or materialmen, nor any other
person furnishing labor or materials to said contractor under this
contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanics' lien, for
work done or materials furnished to said building or any part
thereof.
THiS STIPULATION IS MADE and intended to be filed with the
Prothonotary of the Court of Common Pleas of the 9th Judicial
District, Pennsylvania, prior to the commencement of any work upon
the ground in accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly
of Pennsylvania, in such case provided.
