The address of the subject property is: 13 Greystone Road Carlisle, PA 17013 3 A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq. 5 This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for water and sewage usage service in the amount of $472.94. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from July 15, 200 and costs of riling are also claimed.
