No.: COMPLAINT IN CIVIL ACTION Plaintiff, CREDIT ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC ASSIGNEE OF HOUSEHOLD BANK, brings this action against the DEFENDANT, DORIS J NEGLEY, and states the following: 1. The Plaintiff, CREDIT ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, whose address is 1030 Fifth Avenue, Ste. 102, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. 2. The Defendant, DORIS J NEGLEY, is an individual residing at 91 E Main Street, #3, Newville, PA 17241. 3. The Plaintiff assignor, extended credit to the Defendant, on or about July 23, 2003, and the Defendant became indebted to the Plaintiff upon Account Number 5407915009849461 in the amount of ONE THOUSAND THIRTY TWO AND 09/100 DOLLARS ($1032.09), a copy of the Credit Agreement being attached hereto as Exhibit "All. Alternatively, Defendant obtained the benefit and the use of the account and has been unjustly enriched thereby. Alternatively, the balance due is an account based upon a running credit which Defendant has accepted. 4. Defendant has failed to honor this obligation despite numerous efforts made by the Plaintiff. Plaintiff intends to offer the attached exhibits into evidence at trial under Pa. R. Civ. Proc. Rule 1305, to the extent applicable. 5. The principal unpaid balance is totals ONE THOUSAND THIRTY TWO AND 09/100 DOLLARS ($1032.09).
