COMPLAINT IN CIVIL ACTION
Plaintiff, CREDIT ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC ASSIGNEE OF
HOUSEHOLD BANK, brings this action against the DEFENDANT, KAREN A
DAVEY A/K/A, KAREN A CLUTTER and states the following:
1. The Plaintiff, CREDIT ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC, a Delaware
Limited Liability Company, whose address is 1030 Fifth Avenue,
Ste 102, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
2. The Defendant, KAREN A DAVEY A/K/A KARNE A CLUTTER, is
an individual residing at 218 Ross Avenue, New Cumberland, PA
17070.
3. The Plaintiff assignor, extended credit to the Defendant,
on or about May 23, 2003, and the Defendant became indebted to
the Plaintiff upon Account Number 5488975025738975 in the amount
of EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX AND 72/100 DOLLARS ($886.72), a copy
of the Credit Agreement being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Alternatively, Defendant obtained the benefit and the use of the
account and has been unjustly enriched thereby. Alternatively,
the balance due is an account based upon a running credit which
Defendant has accepted.
4. Defendant has failed to honor this obligation despite
numerous efforts made by the Plaintiff. Plaintiff intends to
offer the attached exhibits into evidence at trial under Pa. R.
Civ. Proc. Rule 1305, to the extent applicable.
5. The principal unpaid balance is totals EIGHT HUNDRED
EIGHTY SIX AND 72/100 DOLLARS ($886.72).
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, CREDIT ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC, demands
judgment of the Defendant, KAREN A DAVEY A/K/A, in the sum of
EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX AND 72/100 DOLLARS ($886.72), plus
interest, applicable legal fees, and costs of suit.
