Pepperman, by and through his attorney, Dawn Cutaia Watchilla, Esquire, and files this Complaint in Divorce, and in support thereof states as follows: 1. The Plaintiff, Donald L. Pepperman, is an adult individual, with his place of residence at 430 Orrsbridge Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011. 2. The Defendant, Kathleen L. Hollister-Pepperman, is an adult individual, with her place of residence at 16 Ardmore Circle, New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17070. 3. Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six months immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint. 4. The parties to this action were married in Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on October 17, 1988. 5. There have been no prior actions for divorce or annulment between the parties. 6. The Plaintiff and Defendant are not currently members of the Armed Services of the United States or any of its allies. 7. Plaintiffhas been advised of the availability of counseling and of the Defendant's right to request that the court require the parties to participate in counseling. COUNT I. - DIVORCE Divorce under Section 3301 (e) or 3301 (d) of the Divorce Code 8. Paragraphs one through seven are incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full. 9. The marriage is irretrievably broken. 10. Plaintiff and Defendant began to live separate and apart on or before January 7, 2003.
