DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 18th day of May, 2007, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters
filed by Ricky L. Paxton, the instrument offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament of Charles
E. Paxton, which is dated December 7, 1982, and the Renunciation of Dallas J. Paxton, the Register of
Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an official determination and renders the following
decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument offered as the Last Will and Testament is not admitted to
probate due to lack of a sworn oath of subscribing witness to its execution.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that upon filing of a Petition for Letters of Administration,
Letters shall be issued to Ricky L. Paxton, to whom the sole Pennsylvania resident heir-at-Iaw, Dallas J.
Paxton, has renounced his right to administer the estate. Ricky L. Paxton shall have all the rights and
duties ofa fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this
estate according to law.
