particularly bounded and described in Cumberland County Deed Book 224, Page 775, et M.

Resolution 2006-A-18, adopted December 7, 2006, and preceding Resolutions 81-A-3, 82-A-3, 83-A-1,
96-A-10 and 99-A-19 and 2004-A-20. This lien is filed in strict compliance with said Resolutions, and
the Municipal Claims Act of 1923, May 16, P.L. 207, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et sue.
