WAIVER OF MECHANICS LIEN
WHEREAS, J. Gary Rine, Virginia B. Rine, Loretta L. Rine and
Darrin G. Rine, of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, entered into a
contract with Riae & Rine Builders, Inc., of Shippensburg,
Pennsylvania, for the erection of a dwelling upon real estate known
as 43 Independence Drive, Lot No. H2O of Rine Estates Subdivision,
Phase VIII, owned by J. Gary Rine, Virginia B. Rine, Loretta L.
Rine and Darrin G. Rine, lying and being situate in Southampton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more fully described
in deed from Richard ,~~. Railing and Dorothy J. Railing, his wife,
dated August 11, 199 and recorded in Cumberland County Deed Book
Volume 183, Page 607.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is herEby stipulated and agreed by and
between the said parties as part of the said contract and for the
consideration herein set forth that neither the undersigned
contractor, nor any sub-contractor or materialmen, nor any other
person furnishing labor or materials to said contractor under this
contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanics lien, for
work done or materials furnished to said building or any part
thereof.
THIS STIPULATION 2S MADE and intended to be filed with the
Prothonotary of the Court of Common Pleas of the 9th Judicial
District, Pennsylvania, prior to the commencement of any work upon
the ground in accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly
of Pennsylvania, in such case provided.
