acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
sabcoatraCtors, and all parties acting through or under them, co~enant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant
thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwLse, for, towards, in. or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described.
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of

County, Pennsylvania, known as Lot #8 on a Subdivision Plan for Stonecrest Acres,
recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 81, Page 124, more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a parker kalon nail on the northern side ofT-435 Wagner Lane at the
dividing line between Lots 8 and 9 of the aforementioned plan; thence by the northern
side ofT-435 Wagner Lane South 53 degrees 34 minutes 37 seconds West 200.00 feet to
a railroad spike; thence by lands now or formerly of David P. and Sally A. Wagner North
51 degrees 31 minutes 07 seconds West 323.40 feet to an iron pin; thence by the same,
North 88 degrees 05 minutes 06 seconds West 117.87 feet to an iron pin; thence by the
