ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 21st day of May, 2007, after hearing in
the above-captioned case, the Court does find by clear and
convincing evidence that the person, patricia Logan, does have
the capacity to make and communicate her decisions and,
therefore, she is no longer in need of plenary guardianship.
Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the plenary
guardianship of her person and estate previously granted to her
daughter, Jessica Koser, is hereby rescinded this date.
