AND NOW THIS ~ rLa.ay of January 2007 it is hereby ordered and decreed
that this Court's order of January 4, 2007 is hereby extended and Richard Hess, 17
Shirley Lane, Boiling Springs, Cumberland County Pennsylvania is to remain as
Temporary Emergency Guardian of the Person and Temporary Emergency Guardian
of the Estate of John Brenneman, 17 Shirley Lane, Boiling Springs, Cumberland
County Pennsylvania until completion of the January 9,2007 Guardianship Hearing
and entry of further Order by this Court.
The Authority granted by this Order shall not include the authority to
authorize the withdrawal or withholding of medical care or nutrition with respect to
Mr. Brenneman.
