AND NOW, this ~ day of JUNE, 2007, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver of
Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that RICHARD S TEETER, JR and
MING Y AR(KATE) HONG will apply on JUNE 6, 2007 for a marriage license and the Court being
satisfied that extraordinary circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to
issue said license immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning
marriages under Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.

Dear SirIMaclam:
I, RIchard S. Teeter, Jr. and f1ard Mlng Yam Hong would like to have exemption from the
three (3) day waiting period for Marriage Ucense Application due to our travel constraints upon
retumlvisit to PA.
We Will both be in PA for my daughter's graduation on 07June07. We both believed this Is In
appropriate time to get married slnea my immediate family can be part of the OIlebratiOn.
Since \Ne both reside In China and do not make it back to the US frequently, I requHt an
exemption which will allow us to be married on 09June. W. will both be present at the
Courthouse on Wed 06June to arrange the paperwork and provide all necessary
documentltion.
We have been together for 3 years. and do not plan on movlng to the US for at least three to
five (3-5) yen, In which we plan to semj..retire. APplication for Kate's citizenship is not being
considered at this time.
