Of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract,
with Excaliber Homes of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a 4,71 7 +/- sqft new
home upon a lot of land situate 555 Harvest Lane, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, owned by C~vner,
NOW, October 22, 2001, at the time of and immediateiy before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said ~ to the
said ~ to commence work on the said new home, or purchase materials for the same
in consideration of the making of said contract with ~ and the further comideration of
one Dollar, to ~ paid by r fin -R I h it is agreed that no lien shall
be filed against the building and/or land for any labor, or materials purchased by' any subconffactor,
nor by any material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased,
or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said pulidlng, the right to file such liens
being expressly waived, except thase rights of the contractor as outlined under paragraphs 7,9,
14 and 19, of the contracts signed by Debra Ecksfine-Ral h and by dildil~mes,
our hand and seal the day and year aforesaid.
