PRAECIPE TO DISCONTINUE ACTION
AND NOW comes Petitioner, Gloria Jean Zeiders, through her attorney, Doreena
Craig Sloan, Esquire, and presenting her Praecipe to Discontinue the Pending Action
without prejudice before this Honorable Court, represents as follows:
1. Petitioner, Gloria Jean Zeiders, an adult individual who is the daughter and Power
of Attorney of Anna Jean Rhodes, who resides at 1814 Letchworth Drive, Camp
Hill, P A 17011.
2. Anna Jean Rhodes, the alleged incapacitated person, is a resident of the Church
of God Home, Inc., b nursing facility offering skilled care and long-term care and
is located at 801 North Hanover, Suite 7013, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013. The
nursing home is licensed to participate in the Medicaid and Medicare programs.
3. Petitioner, after further consultation with her mother, Anna Jean Rhodes, family
members, physicians and counsel, has decided to withdraw her pending Petition
for Appointment of a Guardian for Anna Jean Rhodes, the Alleged Incapacitated
Person..

WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests this Honorable Court to permit
her to withdraw the Petition, cancel the hearing currently scheduled for June 5, 2007,
and mark this case as discontinued without prejudice.
