AFFIDAVIT
The undersigned, Dennis J. Shatto, Esquire being duly sworn
according to law does hereby affirm that the following facts are
true and correct:
1. My name is Dennis J. Shatto and I am duly licensed to
practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
Attorney I.D. Number 25675, and practice in the firm of
Cleckner and Fearen, 119 Locust Street, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania.
2. I prepared the Last Will and Testament dated October 17,
2000, for Thomas M. Wallace which is being submitted for
probate due to Mr. Wallace's death on May 18, 2007.
3. The handwritten notes and deletions on the Will of
October 17, 2000 were all made by me while preparing a
new draft Will for Mr. Wallace which he never executed.
Mr. Wallace was not present when I made these handwritten
notes, nor were they made at his direction except that
they are indicative of his thoughts on the preparation of
a new Will, which he never executed.
