LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
HAROLD DIEHL, JR.
I, HAROLD DIEHL, JR., a resident of 3919 Cherylbroolx Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055, being of sound and
disposing mind, memory and understanding, do Hereby malxe, publish and declare
this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revolzing any and all
wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I: I direct my hereinafter named Executor to pay all my just
debts, funeral expenses, administration expenses and inheritance, estate, succession
or excise taxes, which I owe or may become due on account of my death, as soon a.s
may be convenient after my decease.
ITEM II: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder
' of my estate, be it real, personal, or mixed, of whatever nature and wheresoever ~
situate I may own or leave the right to dispose of at the time of my decease to my
two children as follows:
A. Forty (40%) percent to my daughter, Eileen Diehl Bernardino, of 701

B. sixty (60%) percent to my son, Erich M. Diehl, o~ 3919 Cherylbroolx Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, absolutely.
ITEM III: If any legatee under this will is indebted to me at the time
o~ my death, I release and discharge such indebtedness but direct that such legatee's
legacy shall be reduced by the amount of such indebtedness, including any amounts
which may not be due until a~ter my death but including any amount which may be
barred by the statute o~ limitations. The determination o~ my executor o~ the
amount o~ the indebtedness shall be conclusive and binding on all parties.
ITEM N: Any gi~t, in trust or outright, to any beneficiary who
endeavors to de~eat the purpose o~ my will by raising objections to my Executor
probating the same or trying to set aside my will or contesting the same or appealing

ITEM V: I Hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Robert G.
Radebach, Esquire, Executor o~ this my Last Will and Testament, with ~ull power
