WHEREAS, Hazel R. Wevodau, late of the Township of Upper Allen, County of
Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, died on June 30, 1998, having made her last
Will and Testament in writing probated before the Register of Wills of said Cumberland County
on July 21, 1998, and Letters Testamentary were issued on the same date to Richard N.
Wevodau, the Executor named in the Last Will and Testament of said Decedent; and
WHEREAS, said Executor entered upon his administration of the Decedent's Estate; and
WHEREAS, the said Executor, Richard N. Wevodau, died on January 15,2007, prior to
the completion of his administration of the Decedent's Estate; and
WHEREAS, Victor C. Wevodau, alternate Executor named in the Decedent's Will, duly
qualified and was appointed Administrator de bonis non cum testamento annexo (D.B.N.C.T.A.)
of the Estate of Hazel R. Wevodau by the Register of Wills in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, on January 25, 2007; and
WHEREAS, Emmeline C. Wevodau, wife of Richard N. Wevodau, duly qualified and
was appointed Executrix of the Estate of Richard N. Wevodau by said Register of Wills in
accordance with his Last Will and Testament duly probated, all being done on January 30, 2007,
as docketed in Estate No. 20007-00092 in the Register's Office aforesaid; and
WHEREAS, said Executrix of the Estate of Richard N. Wevodau, has prepared an

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Victor C.
Wevodau, being the successor fiduciary in the Estate of Hazel R. Wevodau, (Administrator
D.B.N.C.T.A.) do hereby declare and state that I have examined the attached Account and find
the same to be accurate and true, and do hereby acknowledge that I have received of and from
Emmeline C. Wevodau, as Executrix of the Estate of Richard N. Wevodau, all of the remaining
assets of the Estate of Hazel R. Wevodau, Deceased, as shown in the Recapitulation of said
Account and do by these presents, remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge the said
Emmeline C. Wevodau, Executrix of the Estate of Richard N. Wevodau, her heirs, executors and
administrators, of and from said remaining assets of the Estate aforesaid, and of and from all
actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever, for or by reason
thereof or of any act, matter, cause or thing whatsoever, arising from the administration ofthe
Estate of Hazel R. Wevodau, Deceased, by Richard N. Wevodau;
AND, desiring to avoid the delay and expense of the formal filing of the foregoing
Account of said administration in the office of the Register of Wills of said Cumberland County
and having the balance in the hands of the Executrix, as shown by said Account, distributed by
the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County - Orphans' Court Division, I do hereby
agree that the foregoing Account concerning the matter of settlement may be recorded with the
same effect upon me as if the same had been reported upon by said Court, in a decree of
distribution made by the said Court of Common Pleas - Orphans' Court Division.

RECEIPT AND RELEASE
WHEREAS, Hazel R. Wevodau, (herein after called ~~Decedent")
late of Upper Allen Township, County of Cumberland and
'Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, died on June 30, 1998, having first
made her Last Will and Testament in writing probated before the
'Register of Wills of said Cumberland County on July 21, 1998, and
Letters Testamentary were issued on the same date to Richard N.
!,Wevodau, the Executor named in the Last Will and Testament of
said Decedent. Said Executor served from his appointment to the
date of his death January 15, 2007.
WHEREAS, Emmeline C. Wevodau qualified as Executrix of the
Estate and was issued Letters Testamentary by said Register of
Wills on January 30, 2007, and in such capacity prepared an
accounting of such deceased Executor's Administration, which
accounting was duly filed in said Register of Wills' office on
November 20, 2007; and
WHEREAS, Victor C. Wevodau, alternate Executor named in the
Decedent's Will, duly qualified and was appointed Administrator
D.B.N.C.T.A. of the Estate of Hazel R. Wevodau on January 25,
2007 and
WHEREAS, said Administrator entered upon and completed his

administration of said Decedent's Estate as set forth in his
First and Final Account attached hereto, and intend:> to

NOW KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, Emmeline C.
Wevodau, Executrix for the Estate of Richard N. Wevodau, Victor
C. Wevodau, Larry E. Wevodau and Nevin W. Wevodau, ~Jr., being the
principal legatees and distributees named in the Wi]_1 of said
Decedent and the persons entitled to share in the residuary
distribution of the Estate of said Decedent, do hereby declare
and say that we, and each of us, have examined the attached
Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution, and find the same
to be true and correct, and in strict accordance with the terms
and provisions of said Will, and we do hereby acknowledge
that we, and each of us, this day have, had and received of and
from Victor C. Wevodau, Administrator D.B.N.C.T.A., of the Estate
of Hazel R. Wevodau, the cash and personalty set op~>osite our
names in the above Statement of Proposed Distribution, in full
satisfaction, payment and discharge of all such sum or sums of
money, legacies and bequests, share or shares, purports and
dividends which were due, owing and payable and belonging to us,
and each of us, by any means whatsoever, for or on account of our
full share, part or dividend of the Estate of Hazel R. Wevodau,
Deceased.

accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever, for or by
reason thereof, or of any act, matter, cause or thing whatsoever,

AND, desiring to avoid the delay and expense of: the

each of us, will return to the said Administrator such amounts
thereof as may be necessary to pay such debts or demands.
