ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 19th day of August, 2004, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver of
Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that Michael and Smanatha will apply
on August 19th, 2004 for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that extraordinary
circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said license
immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriages under Pa C.
S. Title 23 are met.
