AND NOW, this 8th day of November, 2004, upon consideration ofthe Petition For Waiver of
Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that Darryl and Lisa will apply on
November 8th, 2004 for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that extraordinary circumstance
demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said license immediately upon
proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriages under Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.
