AND NOW, this 2nd day of May, 2005, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver of Three
Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that Japheth and Kathleen will apply on May
26, 2005 for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that extraordinary circumstance demand it,
the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said license immediately upon proper
application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriages umle7c, ~. Title 23 are met.
