AND NOW, this 13th day ofMA Y, 2005, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver of
Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that THOMAS and MARIA will apply
on MAY 31, 2005 for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that extraordinary circumstance
demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said license immediately upon
proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriages under Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.

PETITION FOR WAIVER OF THREE DAYS FOR
MARRIAGE LICENSE APPLICATION
AND NOW, come THOMAS P. BOWKER and MARIA G. RESENDE, by
their attorney, and aver the following:
1. THOMAS P. BOWKER, who resides at 3040 North East 16
Avenue, No. AI04, Oakland Park, Florida 33334 and MARIA G.
RESENDE who resides at 3040 North East 16 Avenue, No. AI04,
Oakland Park, Florida 33334 would like to petition the Court of
Common Pleas of Cumberland County to waive the three day waiting
period for issuance of a marriage license.
2. BOWKER and RESENDE plan to be married on Friday, June 3,
2005 at the Allenberry Resort and Playhouse in Boiling Springs,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

BOWKER is a native of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvqn~~ and,

BOWKER and RESENDE will not be arriving to Cumberlan~
for this reason, the wedding will take place in
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

5. The Cumberland County Courthouse is closed for the
Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 30, 2005.
6. The earliest date that BOWKER and RESENDE could apply
for a marriage license would be Tuesday, May 31, 2005.

7. If BOWKER and RESENDE apply for their marriage license
on Tuesday, May 31, 2005, the marriage license would be ready on
Friday, June 3, 2005, the date of their marriage.
8. In the interest of time efficiency and planning for
their wedding, BOWKER and RESENDE respectfully request that this
Honorable Court waive the three day period for issuance of the
marriage license.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned respectfully request that this
Honorable Court waive the three day waiting period for issuance
of a marriage license.
