AND NOW, this 28th day of December, 2004, upon consideration ofthe Petition For Waiver of
Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that Christopher and Laura will apply on
July 1,2005 for a marriage license and the CDurt being satisfied that extraordinary circumstance demand
it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said license immediately upon proper
application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriages under Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.
