AND NOW, this 4- day of July, 2005, upon consideration ofthe Petition For Waiver of
Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that James and Amanda will apply on
July1, 2005 for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that extraordinary circumstance demand
it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said license immediately upon proper
application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriag/de . S. Title 23 are met.
