AND NOW, this Q day of July, 2005, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver of
Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that Theodore and Hope will apply on
August 4th, 2005 for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that extraordinary circumstance
demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said license immediately upon
proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning marri~der Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.
