Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that Joshua and Julie will apply on
September 2nd, 2005 for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that extraordinary circumstance
demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said license immediately upon
