Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that Owen Fitter and Jac1yn McLaughlin
will apply on October 20th or October 21 st for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that
extraordinary circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said
license immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriages under
Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.
