AND NOW, this 8th day of April, 2005, upon consideration ofthe Petition For Waiver of Three
Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that Joshua and Jennifer will apply on April
14th, 2005 for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that extraordinary circumstance demand
it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said license immediately upon proper
application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriages under Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.
