Cease, (hereinafter "Petiitioner") files the following Petition to Obtain Ownership and Title of Vehicle, and in (support thereof, avers as follows: 1. Petition r currently resides at 568 East Old York Road, Boiling Springs, PA 170 7 2. Febru 18, 2006, Petitioner purchased 1972, AMC, Javelin, bearing vehicle iddentification number A2M798P189751 from Bollinger's Storage, 1324 Pine Road, Carlisle, PA 17013. 3. Your Petitioner respectfully represents as follows: a. Neit~4er the owner, his, her, their, or its heirs, successors, assigns, or legal', representatives, or any lien creditor, or his, her, their, or its heirs, successors or legal representatives or any other person interested has caused stay of sale, payment, or removal from Petitioner's property b. The ~ehicle was exposed to public sale on: February 18, 2006. c. You#~ Petitioner, purchased said vehicle at time of sale. 4. Attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", is a copy of Proof of Publication that wash run in THE SENTINEL on February 5, 2006. 5. Attache hereto, marked Exhibit "B", is a copy of sales receipt showing Michael.., Cease as purchaser of 1972 Javelin on February 18, 2006. 6. 1972, A1ViC, Javelin, bearing vehicle identification number A2M79~P189751 has been located on property 568 E. Old York Road, Boiling Springs since purchase on February 18, 2006, no attempt from previous owner Donald E. Moffitt has been made to reclaim vehicle. 7. Theo er of record according to Pennsylvania Department of Transpo ation is Donald E. Moffitt. Request for relinquish of title was sent via first class mail to Donald E. Moffitt, 54 Victory Church Road, Gardner , PA 17324 and has received no response. Last known address of Donald . Moffitt as set forth in the Cumberland County Occupation Records~l is 54 Victory Church Road, Gardners, PA 17324. WHEREFORE, Your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court to grant a rule upon all interested parties, including those listed at paragraph seven of the within Petition, to show cause why a decree should not be made that the vehicle be titled to Michael D.
